The Board of Trustees works in close partnership with the Director to support the long-term health and growth of Randolph School. Board members advise on key areas including finances, facilities, admissions, development, public relations and educational goals, helping ensure that Randolph continues to thrive for generations to come. We are deeply grateful for the time, care, and dedication our trustees bring to this work and to this community.

Kate Stover
I am a member of one of the founding Randolph School families. I started school at the Poughkeepsie location and was thrilled when we moved to the Wappingers Falls location in1965. I serve on the Board of Trustees so that I can support the school that taught me to become the person I am today and ensure that other children and families to also have this opportunity. Randolph’s unique blend of outdoor experiences, project-based learning, and creative curriculum, all in the midst of a small, professional, and caring community, needs to be sustained to help our world today.
Diane Boujikian
I have walked these Randolph School grounds since 1978 as a teacher, administrator, interim director, and now board trustee. Over nearly five decades, I have watched the school continually evolve while staying true to its soul—the deep belief that children possess endless ways to express, think, explore, and communicate.
All this wonder is captured through daily documentation, preserved in the stories, written passages, art, block building, dramatic play, and nature exploration our children share. My absolute favorite experiences live within the changing rhythm of our seasons. I see it as the children move from tending the Three Sisters Garden to gathering for the Harvest Feast, from marveling at the fall foliage to tapping trees for maple syrup (and, of course, sharing pancakes),and from exploring our winter wonderland right back to the rebirth of spring. The Randolph School is, and has always been, where nature and education are so beautifully intertwined. As a trustee, it is my deepest honor to continue to celebrate the community of Randolph’s next beautiful chapter.

Megg Pascarella
I was a student at Randolph in the 1980s, and I credit those years with turning me into a life-long learner. I have many fond memories of quintessential Randolph activities: building rockets, maple sugaring, and sledding on the back hill, to name a few. The teachers at Randolph nurtured my creativity and curiosity, and I joined the Board so I could help ensure that Randolph will be here to do the same for the next generation of budding rocket scientists, maple syrup makers, artists, engineers, and explorers. In a world where critical thinking, questioning, and evidence-based learning are under-valued, I'm proud to be part of a community that actively encourages those skills, and continues to produce students who are curious, capable, and confident in their abilities.
