Welcome to Admissions

We are so glad you are here. At Randolph, living and learning go hand in hand, and we would love for your family to be a part of it. Here is how to get started.

HOW TO APPLY

The Application Process

Step 1: Get to Know Us (September – January) Explore our website, follow us on social media, and visit campus during one of our Open Outdoors admissions events in the fall or spring. The best way to understand Randolph is to experience it.

Step 2: Apply (December – February) Applications open in December through TADS. Completing your application secures your place on our admissions roster and creates a single account for all admissions, enrollment, and financial components.

Step 3: Community-Based Tuition (if applicable) If you are applying for one of our Community-Based Tuition tiers, you will complete additional financial paperwork through TADS. Applications are reviewed by a committee of board members and staff, with all identifying information redacted. Decisions are communicated beginning in mid-February, with enrollment contracts sent in March.

Step 4: Connect With Us (February) We will invite you to meet with our Director over Zoom, tour campus, and meet our faculty. We can also connect you with a Parent Group member who can share their firsthand experience. Your child will also have the opportunity to visit and spend time with teachers. We find this to be one of the most meaningful parts of the process.

Step 5: Enrollment Decision (March – April) After your family's visits are complete, you will hear from our Director with an enrollment decision.

Our Commitment to Diversity

Randolph employs a race-conscious admissions process in keeping with our founding values. We are committed to building a learning community that reflects the diversity of our world, because we believe it makes every child's experience richer.

Randolph does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic in its admissions, enrollment, or educational programs.
