Giving to The Randolph School
Giving to The Randolph School

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Randolph School.  We rely on the support of our alumni, parents, grandparents, friends and the greater community to carry out our mission. Your generous tax-deductible donations help us close the gap between tuition and the actual cost of making Randolph School succeed. Everyone at the Randolph School benefits from your support. Central to our mission is to accommodate every kind of student, regardless of their means.

The most direct way you can give is with a donation to our Annual Giving Fund, which is fully tax-deductible in the year the contribution is made. Each year, current parents, alumni, family and friends show their commitment to The Randolph School by supporting the Annual Giving Fund to ensure the best possible education for our students.

Make your gift to the Randolph School by sending a check or money order payable to The Randolph School. Gifts may also be made online using a credit card through justgive.org, a website for making secure donations to Randolph School and other non-profit organizations.

Gifts of Legacy include bequests, which are deferred gifts you can make by creating a trust or including The Randolph School in your will or estate plan. These gifts will help secure Randolph’s future while allowing you to avoid capital gains taxes, earn immediate income benefits, and receive other possible advantages. For more information about bequests please call Alisa Algava, Director of the Randolph School at 845-297-5600.

In-kind donations and gifts of time keep the school going on a daily basis. Friends, alumni and parent volunteers drive kids on field trips, paint the porch, take photographs for our brochures and website, organize fundraising events, rake leaves, and teach workshops to students. Additional generous donated gifts such as computer equipment, building blocks, library materials, appliances not only help to make the school a better place, but are often tax-deductible as well.

Additionally, each school year the current parents take on a specific fundraising campaign. Last year, the Parent Group fundraising efforts inspired a longtime-dreamed-of kitchen renovation. This year, the Parent Group is considering a few targeted options, including a 12-passenger van or a new floor for the Great Room in the Downstairs.
