Financial Aid Procedures
1. To apply for financial aid for the upcoming school year, complete
a Parents Financial Statement (PFS) from The School and Student
Service for Financial Aid (SSS). You may either contact
the school for a paper application or use the online form
at https://sss.ets.org/pfsHome.do.
Tell the SSS to send a copy of the Report of Parental Contribution
to The Randolph School (code 4285). The cost
is $24.00, due with the application.
2. Send a copy of the completed PFS to The Randolph School (you
should probably make a copy for yourself as well).
3. If you would like to receive a copy of the Report of Parental
Contribution from SSS (their recommendation of what your family
can afford) enter code 9000. The cost for this
service is $13.00.
4. In addition, send a copy of your most recent income tax form
and W-2 to The Randolph School.
5. If you are self-employed or own your own business, please
complete the SSS Business/Farm Statement and return directly to
The Randolph School.
6. If you are divorced or separated, please fill out a complete
financial aid application for each parent.
Checklist:

Send copy of most recent income tax form (2005 or 2006) and
2006 W-2 to Randolph School. Send 2006 income tax form when
